i’ve lost 4.5 lb in 5 days!!!
it’s actually working! i’m under 160!
i had this weird gnawing feeling that this just wasn’t going to work for me, because when i’ve tried to lose weight by exercising in the past it didn’t seem to do anything. and i’ve never been able to keep my calories in check for more than two or three days.
if i continue losing at this pace (which is probably unlikely, right?) i’ll end up at my goal weight in less than two months
i have been so hungover today and i honestly was ready to just eat a fucking baked pasta for dinner because it’s my favorite thing, but when i went to the grocery store and stepped on the scale it really helped me refocus.
